Formatting Services My "standard fiction" rates include formatting for Kindle (mobi) and Nook (epub), and one image (cover art).
Standard fiction works of 20,000 to 40,000 words is $75.
Standard fiction works of 40,001 to 84,999 words is $100.
Standard fiction works of 85,000 to 110,000 words is $150.
If your book is under 20,000 words, over 110,000 words, or you need more than one image placed inside the file, please email me for an estimate.
Non-fiction: Please contact me with word count and number of images. I'll get back to you with an estimate.

Preformatting Guidelines
If you choose to use my formatting services, here are a few pre-formatting specifications that need to be done prior to sending the file to me: 11. Single space your file. Use TNR, 12 pt font. It's best to stay away from other fonts as the Kindle and other ereaders are limited on the fonts they can recognize. 2. Post any dedications, acknowledgements and links you want added into the file. If you're not sure about what to put on the copyright/publishing page, don't worry about it, I'll make sure the info is correct. If you're using a pen name, make sure to let me know which you prefer on the copyright (pen name or your legal name. Either is acceptable). 3. Make sure there are a uniform number of spaces between sentences. While two is not technically incorrect, it is considered archaic so I'd suggest one space. 4. Make sure all your internal dialogue is in italics (not underlined). On that note, make sure you've sent the cleanest manuscript possible. It will save you a lot of grief in the longrun :) 5. Forward your book in a doc, docx or rtf file. 6. Send cover image in jpg or png format.
